We deliver Monday to Saturday. We don’t deliver on Sundays or public holidays. If an order is placed on a public holiday, we will deliver them the following business day.
When do we need to order by?
For same day delivery Monday to Friday all orders must be placed prior to 1pm. On Saturdays all orders must be placed prior to 10am.
Can I pre-order?
Of course, select your desired date for delivery when placing the online order.
What if no one is home to receive the flowers?
Our courier will only leave the flowers if there is an appropriate place to do so. We will ensure your flowers are left in a safe, shaded area not visible from the street. If there is not a safe place to leave your order, our courier will bring them back to the store and you will be notified. Re-delivery is possible, however the original delivery fee will be charged again. All efforts will be made to re-deliver the same day, if this is not possible the delivery will be made the following day. If you wish to leave specific delivery instructions please leave them in the comments section when placing your order.
What time will the flowers be delivered?
Unfortunately we cannot give a specific time for delivery, however if a specific time is required please leave the details in the comments section when placing your order and we will endeavour to meet your requests.
What if my suburb isn’t listed?
If your suburb isn’t listed on the deliver page please either call the store or send us an email and we can discuss with our courier possible options for you.
Will my flowers be the same as the image on the website?
As flowers are seasonal, we are unable to always re-create the flowers pictured on the website, however where possible we will substitute with flowers of a similar size, shape and colour.
Can I make a custom order?
If you wish to make a custom order it is best to either send an email with some inspirational images from our instagram or other sites, or call the store directly to discuss options with one of our team members. We will always do our best to accomodate your preferences.
Can I add a card or personal message?
If you wish to add a personal message simply add this to the, “What would you like the card to say?” section. Please make sure you check spelling mistakes and specify who the flowers are from if they are not anonymous (sometimes people forget this step!). We add this message to a complimentary GB card that is sent with your order. If you would like a specific occasional card such as “Happy Birthday” or “Happy Anniversary” one can be purchased for an additional fee at the checkout.
Can I order more than one?
Of course you can, if the orders are for the same address simply add the desired flowers to your cart. If the orders are for different delivery addresses we ask that you please do separate transactions to avoid any confusion.
What do I do with my flowers when I receive them?
All flowers are delivered with sufficient water for the day. If you receive flowers in a bouquet it is best to choose an appropriately sized vase and put them in fresh water as soon as possible. If they are in a jar or vase it is important to change the water daily and trim the stems every two days, make sure you keep your flowers in a cool spot away from direct sunlight and heaters. We always use the freshest flowers possible and by doing these small things in your home or workplace your flowers will be fresher, for longer.
