We deliver Monday to Saturday. We don’t deliver on Sundays or public holidays. If an order is placed on a public holiday, we will deliver them the following business day.
For same day delivery Monday to Friday all orders must be placed prior to 12pm. On Saturdays all orders must be placed prior to 10am.
Of course, select your desired date for delivery when placing the online order.
Our courier will only leave the delivery if there is an appropriate place to do so. We will ensure your delivery is left in a safe, shaded area not visible from the street. If there is not a safe place to leave your order, our courier will bring it back to the store and you will be notified. Re-delivery is possible, however the original delivery fee will be charged again. All efforts will be made to re-deliver the same day, if this is not possible the delivery will be made the following day. If you wish to leave specific delivery instructions please leave them in the comments section when placing your order.
Unfortunately we cannot give a specific time for delivery, however if a specific time is required please leave the details in the comments section when placing your order and we will endeavour to meet your requests.
If your suburb isn’t listed on the deliver page please either call the store or send us an email and we can discuss with our courier possible options for you.
While no two plants grow exactly the same, we do our very best to make sure what you receive is accurate and beautiful. Our dried and fresh bunches are made using seasonal flowers, and may have some minor variation based on seasonal availability. Trust our expert team to create a beautiful gift for your loved one.
For our hampers, please expect the items as pictured. Any substitutes will be listed on the product description.
We do not offer custom hampers as part of our online services at this time. However, hampers can be delivered and made with items you have selected in person in our East Vic Park store with the help of our team.
If you wish to add a personal message simply add this to the, “What would you like the card to say?” section. Please make sure you check spelling mistakes and specify who the delivery is from if they are not anonymous (sometimes people forget this step!). We add this message to a complimentary GB card that is sent with your order. A larger greeting card can also be purchased at the checkout.
Of course you can, if the orders are for the same address simply add the desired items to your cart. If the orders are for different delivery addresses we ask that you please do separate transactions to avoid any confusion.
